There’s lots of WTF to go around there, but I think I know which vehicle in particular that you are speaking of. But keep in mind that you’re talking to a guy who entered a three year old VW Vanagon in a car show in the spur of the moment because the parking was better and I didn’t have to walk to get into the show...

The license plate on the Civic adds just the right je ne sais quoi that one expects from such a car.

What to pick, hmmm. This time either the Impala with the lovely green interior, or the F550 as 90s big Ferraris are underappreciated.

I’m speaking of the Willys truck on Exploder frame.

I have a soft spot for ‘64's, since my Grandparents had one, but the Boss 429 Torino speaks to me.

I thought you were referring to the red entry-level Chevy thingy. It seemed incredibly out of place in a crowd of enthusiast vehicles and home made creations.

I love my Mazda5 6MT, but I’m not sure I’d enter it in a car show...

Willy’s truck body on a Tahoe chassis.

63-66 or so was maybe the peak of domestic car design. It was really hard to make a bad choice in that era. The Torino is a keeper too no doubt.

With an S-10 dashboard. That’s the weirdest part to me.

I’ve never owned a Ford. It’s amazing how similar it is to a ‘98-’04 S-10 dash.

1. Yes.

2. I’ve seen enough them that now I just feel disappointed knowing the 675 exists.

3. Note the green one next to the Alfa.

4. LS swapped, interest lost.

5. Automatic, and on a poster board was listed as a positive because “rarity”.

6. It was quite nice.
